Vehicle testing is our passion and has been for more than 20 years. Our team tests vehicles from renowned car manufacturers from prototype to series production. With us, you will not only work on innovative automotive technologies, but also dive into foreign cultures around the world. In addition to Germany, many exciting projects in Asia and America await you – in the testing area for complete vehicle and function development. We are aimed at all those who want to help shape the automotive technologies of tomorrow, and for everyone who likes to travel.

Our team and our clients come first. We are successful because we support each other. Many of our employees were already on stations at the beginning and are still with us today in other positions. This means that experts with a lot of practical experience are available to our clients across all departments. Since we sometimes test technologies that are not yet on the market, our team must always be up-to-date. Our recruitment process

1. Submit documents

Which documents will give us the best possible picture of you and your skills? Please send us your application documents via the applicant button on the respective job advertisement, or by e-mail to bewerbung@vadotech.com. After we have received your application, we will confirm receipt of your application.

2. Review documents

We will then check how well your profile matches with the vacant position. If we have any questions or need additional documents, we will simply contact you. Please understand that the review of your documents may take a few days.

3. First (video) call

During an initial call with one of our recruiters, we want to learn more about you. At the same time, this will give you the opportunity to ask us questions.

4. Interview

If the initial interview has been successful, we will invite you to a second interview. Depending on the location, we will invite you to Berlin or to a video call with the responsible manager. Here you will receive detailed information about the advertised position as well as the contract and general conditions.

5. Feedback/offer

Finally, we will inform you promptly whether we will make you an offer. We always try to give you feedback as soon as we can. It is possible that you will soon be on your first assignment abroad.
