Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your tasks

Sourcing and recruiting technical specialists through various channels from the German automotive sector for (overall) vehicle testing in Asia, mainly China and all associated visa and paperwork.
Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, create strong talent pipelines for the Company’s current and future hiring needs.
General office administration tasks.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist in the automotive sector
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
A keen understanding of technical automotive roles
Strong general administration skills
Ideally tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant proven experience and training
