Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Sourcing and recruiting technical specialists through various channels from the German automotive sector for (overall) vehicle testing in Asia, mainly China and all associated visa and paperwork.
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- Ultimately, create strong talent pipelines for the Company’s current and future hiring needs.
- General office administration tasks.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist in the automotive sector
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- A keen understanding of technical automotive roles
- Strong general administration skills
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant proven experience and training
