Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your tasks

  • Sourcing and recruiting technical specialists through various channels from the German automotive sector for (overall) vehicle testing in Asia, mainly China and all associated visa and paperwork.
  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Ultimately, create strong talent pipelines for the Company’s current and future hiring needs.
  • General office administration tasks.

Your profile

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist in the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks 
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • A keen understanding of technical automotive roles
  • Strong general administration skills
  • Ideally tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant proven experience and training
